You practise in a dynamic and challenging environment. While keeping clinically current is imperative, it isn’t enough. You must also maintain the skills necessary to navigate a professional liability minefield, manage a more effective and efficient practice, and comply with a maze of health care laws and regulations.
This legal series for doctors consists of four informative and current seminars relevant to all doctors.
These seminars aim to educate and improve your knowledge and skills in dealing with the contemporary medico-legal issues that will confront you at different points of your career. The seminars will be practical and interactive events delivered by a range of expert presenters.

- obligations to affected third parties
- mandatory reporting
- your records and litigation
- new Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic).
